Bad Medic Records presents the Elevation EP from Nika D and Abstrakt Sonance. As the label's 50th release, this EP is appropriately set to define dubstep and grime in 2026.

Pairing Abstrakt's trademark deep sub-busting bass with Nika's energy and lyrical dexterity was always going to deliver, but the results have surpassed any expectations - with a four track tour de force of 140 mastery.

Coming straight out the traps with the title track and lead single "Elevation" and "Red Light Laser" - the EP's opening one two punch is a rave destroying combo - before Back of the Net with fellow Canadian ColtCuts delivers the knock out blow of bass badness.

EP closer WW3 is a moodier, philosophical grime-infused proposition, as Niks's thought provoking bars call out the global arms trade and war machine, which have never been so poignant in today's political climate.
